Bleu Footwear – Shipping Policy

We ship all orders using Royal Mail, providing reliable, tracked delivery for every pair of BLEU Footwear.

1. UK Shipping (Royal Mail)
   We offer fast, secure delivery across the UK:
   Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.75 Delivery estimate: 2–3 business days Free on orders over £150
   Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.80 Delivery estimate: 1–2 business days
2. International Shipping
   We are happy to ship worldwide, please contact us here and we’ll be happy to arrange delivery for you.
3. Incorrect Address
   Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
4. Dispatch Times
   Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
   Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/holidays ship the next working day.
   Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking link.
5. Tracking
   Every order is tracked. Use the link in your dispatch email, or enter your tracking number on the Royal Mail website.
6. Delivery Issues
   If your parcel is delayed, lost, or the tracking looks unusual:
   Contact us using the form on the contact page.
   Include your order number.
   We’ll investigate directly with Royal Mail. If they confirm the parcel is lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
