Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can't refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

• Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 1pm, or at weekends or on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking link.

Every order is tracked. Use the link in your dispatch email, or enter your tracking number on the Royal Mail website.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or the tracking looks unusual:
Contact us using the form on the contact page.
Include your order number.
We'll investigate directly with Royal Mail. If they confirm the parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
