BLEU FOOTWEAR – RETURNS POLICY

At BLEU Footwear, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it easily.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging (including dust bags, accessories, tags)
- Free from marks, creases, or signs of wear
Items that show visible wear cannot be accepted.
2. How to Start a Return
To begin a return:
- Email support@bleufootwear.co.uk with your order number
- Tell us which item(s) you’d like to return
- We’ll send you return instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
3. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or colour:
- Contact us at support@bleufootwear.co.uk
- We’ll reserve the replacement item (subject to availability)
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Shipping fees are non‑refundable
If the item is not in acceptable condition, we may decline the return or issue a partial refund.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you received the wrong product:
- Email us immediately at support@bleufootwear.co.uk
- Include photos and your order number
If confirmed faulty, we will offer:
- A repair
- A replacement
- Or a full refund
This is in line with UK consumer rights.
6. Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Final‑sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the item is faulty:
- Customers cover the cost of return shipping
- We recommend using a tracked service
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
8. International Returns
International customers may return items within 30 days.
Return shipping costs and any customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
