We ship all orders using Royal Mail, providing reliable, tracked delivery for every pair of BLEU Footwear.
1. UK Shipping (Royal Mail)
We offer fast, secure delivery across the UK:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £XXX
Delivery estimate: 1–2 business days
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
You will receive:
- A dispatch confirmation email
- A Royal Mail tracking link
2. International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International services.
- Royal Mail International Tracked — £14.95
Delivery estimate: 5–10 business days depending on destination
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
3. Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/holidays ship the next working day.
4. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or shows unusual tracking activity:

- Include your order number
We will investigate directly with Royal Mail.
If Royal Mail confirms a lost parcel, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
6. Pre‑Orders
If an item is marked as a pre‑order:
- The estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page
- Your full order will ship together once the pre‑order item is ready
